About
At RAD Childcare, we are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Childcare Licensing Program. Our early childhood program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach to learning, offering engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences for children from infancy to age 5, with a focus on the "whole child."
Through creative exploration and play, we support each child's cognitive, physical, emotional, and social growth. Art is integrated into our daily activities, complemented by hands-on STEAM-based learning, all designed to pave the way for Kindergarten readiness.
Get ready to immerse your child in Spanish with our wonderful teachers! We incorporate arts and crafts in Spanish, making language learning fun and interactive. Our engaging activities are perfect for little ones as they start their language journey!
We also partner with the Children’s Home Society and the Orange County Department of Education, accepting funds to support families. Additionally, we offer assistance with potty training, sleep therapy, and speech delays.

A message from the president ..
I put all my effort to create a safe environment for children to express and develop their creativity. Art can be an important tool for
children to find their individuality and my experience working with children of different ages can help me create a fun and pleasing classroom. Bring my warmth, efficiency and expertise to the job of a preschool teacher and help children develop in the best possible way to become the pride of their school and parents.
My goal is to provide a quality early childhood education in Mission Viejo that prepares children in our community for future success in school, and their life. Our philosophy is simple. Small Steps – Big Strides!

What is Reggio Emilia's Message?

This unique approach to education begins with a particular and strong image of children, of adults, of education, and of life, and flows from a set of guiding principles. Reggio Emilia, is a town still thriving today, more than 50 years since the first gestures of rebuilding and advancing were made.
